We collect personal information that you voluntarily submit while using the App, including:

- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Home Address
- Payment Information (processed securely through third-party payment providers; SitList does not store full payment card details)
- Baby or Pet Information (such as name, age, routines, special needs, preferences)
- Messages and communications sent through the App, including requests, bookings, and chat messages
- Profile information, preferences, or any other data you choose to share
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we may automatically collect:
- Device information (device model, OS version, unique device identifiers)
- Log data (app interactions, timestamps, crash reports, diagnostic data)

- Location data (only if you grant permission)

1.3 Permissions We Request
To provide core features, the App may request the following permissions:
- Location Access – To help match users with nearby service providers or customers
- Phone Access – For call functionality and identity verification

SitList’s Sitting Job is not intended for children under 14.

Your information may be stored or processed in different countries.

10. Emergency Contact Privacy
At SitList, parents or guardians may provide up to three emergency contacts within their profile. These emergency contacts are intended solely for use in the event of an emergency that occurs during pet sitting or babysitting services.
Emergency contact information is used only to send an emergency message through the SitList application. In the event of an emergency, the sitter is given the option within the SitList app to trigger an emergency notification. The message is sent automatically by the SitList system to the designated emergency contacts. Sitters do not have direct access to the emergency contact’s personal information, including phone numbers.
All emergency contact details are voluntarily provided by the parent or guardian through the SitList application, and consent for their use is confirmed by the parent at the time of submission. SitList does not use emergency contact information for marketing, promotional, or non-emergency purposes, and this information is not sold or shared with third parties.

11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically.
The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent version.
